Christmas this year was owls and turtledoves and books and yards of ribbon, cold turkey and salad and chocolate straws and cherries. Ginger beer like champagne and christmas kisses (but no mistletoe) and gold edged tea cups in pink boxes and absoloutely perfect.

Happy Christmas!! Your Christmas sounds like it was quite lovely. Mine was too, but to tell the truth it isn’t over yet. My family waits until New year’s Eve to exchange gifts, and I am still waiting for a package from my mother to come in the mail. And hopefully, just hopefully, we will be blessed with snow. We never get any except about every 10+ years, so it’s a real treat.

Thank you for sharing your beautiful Christmas treasures. I love Christmas. I always find New Year’s Eve dissapointing, but perhaps this year I can make it better!

    • Skylark says:

Why do you find it dissapointing? I don’t usually do much to celebrate but I love the freshness of a whole new year with no mistakes in it yet (as Anne would say.)
